The media playback volume is poor or intermittent during a VoIP call

When playing music or videos during a VoIP call, your phone will automatically reduce the ambient noises to ensure a high quality for the call.

This causes a lower audio sample rate and, therefore, the playback volume may be poor or the media playback may be intermittent. It is normal and does not indicate an issue with your device.

To avoid this, please do not play music or videos during a VoIP call.
