Problem:

The fingerprint icon appears white rather than in colour when Always display information is enabled.

Cause:

1. The colour of the fingerprint icon during Always display information is consistent with the font colour of the clock. If the clock's font is white or if the current system time is not within the scheduled time range of Always display information, the fingerprint icon colour will appear white.
   

   If you cannot find Always display information in your phone settings, this feature is not supported on your phone.

2. If the screen is turned off during a call, the fingerprint icon is white by default.

Solution:

If you would like to display fingerprints in colour during Always display information, go to Settings > Home screen & wallpaper > Always display information, enable Always display information, select a clock style which does not have a white font, and set the timer to All day.
