Problem
When pairing the wearable device to a HUAWEI phone via the Huawei Health app, the Bluetooth message syncing screen flashes and disappears.
Cause
Some third-party apps enabled in on the phone may mistake the Bluetooth message syncing dialog box for a pop-up ad and block it, when the Huawei Health app is pairing with the wearable device. As a result, the Bluetooth message syncing screen flashes and disappears.
Solution
Solution 1:
You can disable splash ads blocking for third-party apps.
- Take EMUI 11.0 as an example: Open your phone, go to , disable the apps that skip splash ads in Downloaded services, and try pairing again.
Solution 2:
Delete the installed apps that will skip splash ads on your phone, and try pairing again.
