Your device may heat up when it is continuously transmitting data, charging, connecting to a large number of devices, consuming a large amount of mobile data, or when the ambient temperature is too high. However, you do not need to worry about the HUAWEI Mobile WiFi/CPE being damaged by the heat. We have designed it with special overheating protection so that the Mobile WiFi/CPE will automatically power off to protect itself when the temperature is too high.

It is recommended that you do not use the device when it is charging, and avoid using the device for an extended period of time or in an environment with a high ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature exceeds the operating temperature range of the device, power off and stop using the device immediately.
