Update the HUAWEI Health version
Open App Store, find HUAWEI Health and update it to its latest version, then try again.
Disable and re-enable the network permission for HUAWEI Health
- Go to Settings > Cellular, find and open the Huawei Health app, select Off, then select WLAN & Cellular Data.
- Return to the home screen, open the HUAWEI Health app, and try logging in.
Reset network settings
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you have set a lock screen password or access restriction password, enter the password to reset network settings. Then open HUAWEI Health and check whether you can log in.
Resetting the network settings will clear the Wi-Fi network password and settings, cellular mobile network settings, VPN and APN settings, and device name on the About screen. Exercise caution when performing this operation.
