Admins can use the HUAWEI FamCare app to enable the Disable Power button on watch feature.

Open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch in the upper right corner of the home screen, go to Settings > Disable Power button on watch, and turn on the switch. The child will then be unable to press the Home button to power off the watch.

 

• After this feature is enabled, the child will be unable to power off the watch by pressing the Home button, but will still be able to press the Home button when on the home screen of the watch to enter the app list and then go to Settings > Advanced settings > Power off to power off the watch. You will need to enter the password to access advanced settings. After the kids watch is linked for the first time, a four-digit password will be randomly generated. You can view and change it by going to > Settings > Password protected advanced settings in the HUAWEI FamCare app.
• Admins can use the HUAWEI FamCare app to remotely power off the kids watch.
