Admins can use the HUAWEI FamCare app to prevent the child from powering off the kids watch by pressing the HOME button.
Before using this feature, make sure your HUAWEI FamCare is updated to the latest version.
Disabling Power button on watch
On the Devices screen in HUAWEI FamCare, tap Device power on/off and enable Disable Power button on watch.
How to power off the watch after the Power button is disabled
- Method 1: Via the watch
Swipe down on the watch home screen to open the Control Panel, go to
> Advanced, enter the password, and tap Power off.
Once the watch is successfully linked for the first time, a random four-digit password will be generated. You can open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, and go to to view or change the password.
- Method 2: Remotely powering the watch off via HUAWEI FamCare on your phone
