Huawei Health reminds me that key data is not included or is abnormal
| Huawei Health reminds me that key data is not included or is abnormal |
This occurs when some workout data is abnormal, such as Pace, Stride length, and distance, which cannot be modified after data generation. Possible causes are as follows.
Running pace is faster than 2 min/km or workout speed surpasses the world record
If a vehicle is used during a walk/run session, the pace/speed data would become abnormal. In this case, the wearable will alert you that this data won't be included in your personal records, prompting you to start a new session.
An abnormally low step count leads to Stride length data error and an in-app prompt "Due to abnormal step data, this session won't count towards the activity."
If Stride length data of a walk/run session is unavailable in the workout details upon the end of the workout, it indicates an error with stride-related data.
If such an error occurs when you've been indeed walking/running normally throughout the session, without using any vehicle, check your Steps data. If the step count is clearly too low, refer to The Huawei Health app cannot count steps or intermittently stops counting steps, or the step count in the app is 0.
Cycling pace is faster than 50 sec/km
Such abnormally fast speeds will be determined as abnormal by the Huawei Health app. In this case, you'll need to start a new cycling session.
An individual workout distance exceeds 1000 km
If this occurs, the workout data will be regarded by the Huawei Health app as abnormal. In this case, start another session.
Your phone/watch is left aside for an indoor run/walk
If you've started an indoor run/walk in Huawei Health but are not wearing your watch, you'll need to carry your phone with you on the treadmill, to ensure step count accuracy.
