Problem
When opening the game app CrossFire, the background music of the game is playing on the phone. After connecting the earphones to the phone, the background music stops playing.
Cause
This problem is caused by software issues of the CrossFire app and does not indicate any issue with the earphones. The same problem will occur when you use other Bluetooth earphones.
Solution
Exit the game and open it again.
