Problem
After the user signs in to the Watch Face Store in the Huawei Health app using a HUAWEI ID outside the Chinese mainland, the user will be unable to find any new watch faces and No matching results will be displayed.
Solution
- Sign in to the Watch Face Store using your non-Chinese mainland HUAWEI ID and enter the full name of a watch face to search for the watch face again. No matching results will be displayed if you only enter part of its name.
- Alternatively, enter the full name of the watch face's author to search for the watch face. For example, if you enter "huawei", some watch faces will be displayed, and you can then select your preferred watch face.
- If you sign in using a Chinese mainland HUAWEI ID, you will be able to enter part of the name or keyword of a watch face to search for the watch face.
