The dialog box indicating that the laptop's battery level is low is displayed abnormally on the tablet

Problem

When the tablet is connected to a laptop to use Multi-Screen Collaboration in Mirror or Extend mode and the laptop's battery level drops to 10%, the Windows system will display a dialog box indicating that the battery level is low. The dialog box may be displayed abnormally on the tablet's screen.

Cause

The low battery dialog box of the Windows system is displayed on the more frequently used screen. The resolution of the laptop may be different from that of the tablet, resulting in the dialog box being displayed abnormally.

Solution

1. Touch Close. This issue will not affect your normal use.

2. On the laptop, go to Setting > Update & Security > Windows Update to update the Windows version to 20H2 or later.
