On your watch
Enter the app list, go to to view the Device name, Model, Software version, SN, and MAC address (Bluetooth address of the watch).
- Supported device information may vary depending on the watch. Actual UI shall prevail.
- The device information can be found under or , depending on your device model.
HUAWEI WATCH 3/WATCH 4 Series: To query the device EID, press the Up button on your watch and go to .
On your phone
Open Huawei Health , navigate to the device details screen, and tap Device info, to view Name, Model, SN, and MAC address (Bluetooth address of the watch).
On the packing box
Under the barcode on the packing box of a product, you can find out information such as the device model, device name, and S/N. The string following "S/N" is the SN of the device.

- You can check the authenticity of your device using the SN.
