Problem

When the user switches between multiple input sources, such as from HDMI to USB-C on the menu, a black screen occurs for a short time and the monitor uses the original source input.

Cause

If the selected target source input does not have valid video signals, the monitor will detect that there is no valid video signal from the selected target source input and will automatically use the original one.

Solution

1. Ensure that the host of the target signal source is powered on and the cable is intact and connected to the monitor.
2. Open the menu to switch the input source.
