My HUAWEI phone does not respond when touching Activate/Cancel in Device administrator

Problem:

The phone does not respond when Activate/Cancel is touched after searching for and accessing Device administrators in Settings, touching an app, and enabling Screen recorder. The following message also appears: Because another app is displaying on top of these options, Settings is unable to respond.

Cause:

The phone will not respond when Activate/Cancel is touched, and the above message is displayed, if another app is running on top of the Device administrators authorization screen.

Solution:

Open Settings, search for and access Permission manager, touch Dropzone, disable this permission for the apps in question, and try again.
