Problem
The user cannot power off the device by pressing and holding the fingerprint sensor on the keyboard.
Cause
The fingerprint sensor on the keyboard only supports enrolling fingerprints, fingerprint unlock, and waking up the device after it has been asleep, in hibernation, or powered off. It does not support powering off the device.
Solution
Press the power button on the host or select the power-off option from the power options to power off your device.
