Cause
This design helps you better understand the running status of the HUAWEI FamCare app. If the app is displayed in the notification panel, it indicates that it is running properly in the background and you can receive message notifications from the watch in a timely manner. If the app is not displayed in the notification panel, it indicates that the app has been cleared from the background and you may not be able to receive message notifications from the watch in a timely manner.
Solution
You can disable the app from being permanently displayed for notifications. To do this, open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch 
in the upper left corner, touch App settings, and disable App running status notifications.
