Problem

The user powers on the computer, enters the BIOS, and waits for 3 minutes to enter the system, but cannot use their fingerprint to unlock the computer and the prompt "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again." is displayed on the screen.

Cause

Due to the design of the Microsoft system, an error prompt will be displayed on the screen after you stay on the BIOS screen for 3 minutes. This is normal.

Solution

Use your fingerprint again to unlock your laptop.
