Unable to find the entry to offline maps

Some potential causes are the following:

1. The app is unable to obtain the disk path for your device. As a result, offline map data won't download, and the offline map can't be used.

2. Currently, offline maps have certain requirements for mobile phone performance. If phone memory is less than or equal to 3 GB, offline maps won't be supported. In the future, offline maps will continue to be optimized and made accessible to more users.
