Problem:

HUAWEI Sound Joy automatically powers off when the battery is sufficient.

Cause:

If the Auto-power off feature is enabled, the speaker will automatically power off when idle to save power.

Solution:

Open HUAWEI AI Life, go to the Home screen, select the target speaker card, and disable Auto-power off. The speaker will no longer automatically power off when it is idle (no operations or playback).

 

• By default, the Auto-power off feature is enabled, and the speaker powers off after it has been idle for 15 minutes.
• Once the Auto-power off feature is disabled, the speaker's battery life will be shortened.
