Problem

Cause

There is a compatibility issue with the third-party app.

Solution

  1. We have contacted Tencent regarding the compatibility issue, and it is expected to be resolved in a later version. Consider switching to a different video player as a workaround.
  2. If the issue remains unresolved, prepare the invoice, check the device SN, and call Huawei customer service hotline to check whether you are entitled to on-site support services. If so, Huawei Customer Service Center will assign technicians to inspect your device. If not, you can pay to use these services. You can also back up important data and bring your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
