Unable to select Prioritize sound quality for my HUAWEI earbuds

Problem

Prioritize sound quality cannot be selected for earbuds.

Cause

Enabling Prioritize sound quality fixes the sound transmission at a high bit rate, which may increase power consumption and cause shuttering sound.

Solution

Open HUAWEI AppGallery, go to Me > App updates, and find Audio Accessory Manager to update it (if it cannot be found there, it indicates that Audio Accessory Manager has already been updated to its latest version). Prioritize connection quality is selected by default on FreeBuds 6/FreeBuds Pro 4/FreeLace Pro 2/FreeClip/FreeBuds Pro 3/FreeBuds Pro 2/FreeBuds 6i/FreeBuds 5i. To improve audio experience, open the AI Life app on your device, access the earbuds card, go to Sound quality, and select Prioritize sound quality.
