- This feature is only available when your watch is paired with a HUAWEI phone.
If the Find Device app on your HUAWEI phone doesn't show your watch or cannot be used, perform the following steps:
Step 1: Check your phone's system version
- Your phone needs to run EMUI 11.0 or later.
Step 2: Verify device connection
- Make sure that your watch connects to the Huawei Health app on your phone. For details, see Checking the Bluetooth connection status of your watch/band.
- If your watch is disconnected, reconnect it and try again.
This feature is unavailable when your watch is disconnected from your phone.
Step 3: Update the app version
Go to HUAWEI AppGallery and update the following apps to their latest versions:
- HUAWEI Mobile Cloud
- Find Device
- Huawei Health
Step 4: Restart the function module
- Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.
- Open the Huawei Health app and make sure your watch is properly connected.
- Re-enable Find My Phone by opening Find Device, going to Me > Profile picture > Find Device, and then disabling and re-enabling Find My Phone.
