A：Thank you for your continuous attention and support for Huawei Mobile Devices and Services, and we remain committed to driving innovation and working with global partners to deliver high-quality mobile services to consumers.
To better adapt the product experience, service content, and changing requirements of the local market, some of services have been adjusted. And on Jan 22, 2024, we will stop providing the HUAWEI Docs service in your region, you can also download other applications from HUAWEI AppGallery. This will not impact the files you have edited with HUAWEI Docs. Those remain available on your device or HUAWEI Drive.
- Q：Why can’t I open my files online anymore?
A：You can’t open your files online due to HUAWEI Docs going offline, you need to download them locally before you are allowed to open them for preview. The related product functions and user data are handled as follows.

A: You can download the files from Cloud Drive and preview them locally. You can also download WPS Office for free from the HUAWEI AppGallery. Effortlessly preview and edit files as WPS Office supports a variety of formats including Word, Excel, PPT, and PDF.
- Q：How long user data can be retained?
A: The data in the document management will be automatically saved to Cloud Drive, and after HUAWEI Docs goes offline, the stock of documents and other data can be accessed through HUAWEI Cloud → Cloud Drive. Other data will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the Statement About HUAWEI Docs and Privacy for the corresponding data retention period.
