How to unfreeze HUAWEI ID
  • On a device logged in to your account, go to Settings>HUAWEI ID>Account security>Security centre>Unfreeze account>>UNFREEZE, and follow the onscreen instructions.

    (If the account is not logged in, go to Help>Unfreeze account >UNFREEZE.

  • Also,you can visit the website(https://cloud.huawei.com/),go to Help>Unfreeze account >UNFREEZE,and follow the onscreen instructions.
