My HUAWEI phone/tablet does not record sound during screen recording |
1. Screen recording does not record sound and there is no voice call in progress
After screen recording is started, touch the microphone icon in the upper left corner of the screen to turn on the microphone (). This will record both the system audio as well as background sounds.

2. Screen recording does not record sound during video/voice calls
If another app is already using the audio channel, it will be given priority. As a result, the microphone will also be used by this app, and the screen recorder will not be able to pick up any sound during screen recording. Close the app or software that is using the microphone, and try again.
3. Screen recording does not record sound when a headset is connected
If a headset is connected, disconnect it and try screen recording again.
