Inaccurate records of emotions/stress |
Emotional records are inaccurate
- Emotions are easily affected by subjective reasons and various factors. These can include consumption of alcohol or caffeine, exercise, diet, diseases of the heart/nervous system, medications, and how your device is worn. Inference of emotions based on physical indexes isn't always accurate. Emotions are subjective, and only you can know how you're really feeling. All results are for reference only. It is recommended that you wear the device properly and avoid recording your emotions straight after intense exercise.
- If how you're feeling is different from the result on your watch, it could be normal or could indicate certain mental illnesses. For instance, people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or emotional numbness may present different physiological indexes for positive/negative emotions and neuroactivity changes.
- You can modify the recorded emotional state if you believe it's inaccurate.
- Accurate emotional data helps you better understand your emotional trends and health.
