Signal strength of a HUAWEI CPE inserted with a SIM card

Enter the gateway address (192.168.8.1) in the address bar of the browser to log in to the HUAWEI CPE's web-based management page. Then go to Advanced > System > Device Information.
Move the device to an environment with good signals (for example, an indoor place near a window or an open environment) according to the network condition indicated by parameters.

Value ranges of RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR, which are three LTE KPIs:
Very good signals	RSRP > –85 dBm	SINR > 25
Good signals	RSRP = –85 to –95 dBm	SINR: 16–25
Acceptable signals	RSRP = –95 to –105 dBm	SINR: 11–15
Weak signals	RSRP = –105 to –115 dBm	SINR: 3–10
Poor signals	RSRP < –115 dB	SINR < 3
