Unable to set the audio codec to LDAC when my HUAWEI earbuds are connected to a device running Android 15

Problem

• When HUAWEI earbuds are disconnected from a device running Android 15, the sound quality option in the AI Life app is grayed out and cannot be selected.
• When HUAWEI earbuds are connected to a device running Android 15, the sound quality option is not displayed in the app, and it is unable to select Prioritize connection quality or Prioritize sound quality or set the audio codec to LDAC.

Cause

Updating your device to Android 15 can lead to incompatibility between the device and the AI Life app. The device does not report the audio codec, making the sound quality option unavailable.

Solution

1. Select AAC or SBC, or contact the device vendor to roll back the system version to Android 14.
2. This issue will be resolved in a later version of the AI Life app. Please stay tuned for version updates and update your app at your earliest convenience.
