    A: You can query your purchased HUAWEI Care+ benefits through the following official channels:
    1. Select My HUAWEI App > Support > Benefits.
    2. Query on the HUAWEI Official Website https://consumer.huawei.com/qa/support/ then click on Warranty Query, enter your device's SN, then check the benefits attached to your device.
    3. Call the HUAWEI Consumer Service Hotline at 8000330 and follow the prompts to check permissions.

Terms & Conditions

1- The Premium Service is applicable for HUAWEI Mate X6 which is purchased from authorized sales channels in Qatar.

2- The Premium Service covers only one repair during the first 1 Year from device purchase date for the accidental damages falling, pressure, and fluid penetration.

3- An additional 499 QAR (without VAT) service charge is applicable when applying for accidental damage protection service. Free 1 Year HUAWEI Care+ includes 12 months 1 time Accidental Damage Protection.

4- If the device is disassembled or repaired without permission, the service rights cannot be obtained. For details, please refer to the local HUAWEI Support official website.
