Service options
Official HUAWEI Repair.
If your FreeBuds/FreeLace are mulfunctioning, you can request the Postal Repair Service or visit one of our HUAWEI Customer Service Centres.
Replacements.
You can purchase a replacement for any damaged item of your FreeBuds/FreeLace for an out-of-warranty fee. If you lose an earbud or charging case, you can also replace it for a fee.
