Problem

A red battery icon is displayed in the middle of the kids watch screen, with a triangle and an exclamation mark in the middle of the battery. The watch is also unable to power on.

Solution

  1. Press and hold the watch button for 15 seconds to forcibly restart the watch.
  2. If the issue persists, the battery may be faulty. In this case, take your watch and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
