1. Backup & factory settings

Back up your data and perform a factory reset (Please note that a factory data reset will be carried out on your device and HUAWEI will be unable to retain any data which you leave on the device when you send it).

3. Packaging and shipping

You must pack your device securely and safely to avoid damages and lost. HUAWEI will not be held liable for any damage/loss that occurs during transit due to poorly packed products and may impose a charge to repair the damage in such circumstances.

4. Detection and Repair

The estimated time for diagnosis and repair can take up to 14 business days. If repair costs apply, you will receive a separate e-mail with a quote from our authorised service center.

5. Return
