How to install drivers on a HUAWEI Windows computer using HUAWEI PC Manager

If the computer cannot connect to the wireless network, you can use a USB cable to connect your phone and share your mobile data:

Android phone: Open Settings > Network & internet > Hotspot & tethering, then enable USB tethering.

iPhone: After connecting with the cable, a prompt "Trust This Computer?" will appear on the phone—select "Trust".

Method 1: Using Huawei PC Manager (recommended)

1. Open Huawei PC Manager and go to Optimization > Drivers. If you have not installed PC Manager, click here to download it.

   

2. Click CHECK. If a driver update is available, click UPDATE to download and update the driver.

   

   

3. After the driver update is complete, if the message "Restart to apply changes" is displayed, save your data and restart the computer.

• The user interface may vary depending on the version of Huawei PC Manager.

Method 2: Based on the product model

1. Visit the official Huawei Consumer BG website, enter your device model, and click your device name in the search results. The download page will then be displayed.
2. In the Drivers list, click the download button on the right of your desired driver and download and install it as prompted. (The figure is for reference only.)

 

• Some drivers cannot be downloaded from the official website, and need to be downloaded and installed through other methods.
