Cause

• This issue may occur after you press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to force shutdown your computer, which then causes the RTC (real-time clock) to reset.
• This issue may also occur if you haven't used your computer for a long time.

Solution

It is recommended that you set the time and date manually after startup is complete or connect to the Internet to automatically sync your computer's time and date. If the issue persists, take your computer and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
