Cause:
Uninstalling the Intel ME driver deletes an important system file (mfc140u.dll), leading to the failure of certain PC Manager features.
Uninstalling the Intel SGX driver affects the transferring and connection features of your computer, causing the failure of some features such as Instant Hotspot and transferring files with Huawei Share OneHop.
Solution:
Visit the official website (http://consumer.huawei.com/en/support/index.htm) corresponding to your device to download the Intel ME and Intel SGX driver again.
