Characters cannot be fully displayed when I change the name of a folder or file

Problem

When the user changes the name of a folder or file, only the current characters that the user is entering can be displayed completely while other characters can only be displayed when the name reaches a certain length.

Cause

This happens because of the scaling settings of the desktop file or app.

Solution

Right-click on the desktop and click Display settings.
Set Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 150% or lower.

After modifying the settings, the desktop icon and characters will be displayed in a smaller size.
