What should I do if no response is given after I click the peripheral setting or LR virtual key setting in the AppAssistant floating window

This is because the dropzone permission of AppAssistant is not enabled. Follow these steps to enable this permission: choose Settings>search for "Draw over other apps">AppAssitant>Toggle on.
