Unable to use Multi-Screen Collaboration and wireless projection at the same time on my HUAWEI tablet

Problem

  1. The user enables Multi-Screen Collaboration and tries to project their phone or tablet screen to another screen using wireless projection, but a message is displayed, indicating that the projection has timed out.
  2. The user uses wireless projection to project their phone or tablet screen to another screen, and attempts to use Multi-Screen Collaboration but is not successful. Wireless projection also disconnects.

Cause

Both Multi-Screen Collaboration and wireless projection use the Wi-Fi channel. Therefore, conflicts will occur if they are used at the same time.

Solution

Multi-Screen Collaboration and wireless projection cannot be used at the same time. It is recommended that you use them separately.

  • Disable Multi-Screen Collaboration before using wireless projection.
  • Disable wireless projection before using Multi-Screen Collaboration.
