Problem:

When the stylus pen is inserted into the phone or tablet, a message is displayed, indicating that the pairing has failed.

Cause:

The stylus pen has automatically powered off due to a low battery level.

Solution:

Please ensure that the stylus pen is inserted into a compatible model. You can check the list of compatible models here.
Charge the stylus pen for 5–10 minutes before pairing with it.
If the connection fails, please restart your phone and try to reconnect.
