Problem
When the user projects the screen of a Huawei phone or tablet to the monitor, the gray dot-matrix background in the Notes app is not displayed.
Gray dot matrix:
Cause
The claimed color gamut of the phone or tablet for transmitting video signals is inconsistent with the actual color gamut. As a result, certain color levels cannot be displayed, the grayscale is lost, and certain background color effects are abnormal.
Solution
Update your phone to HarmonyOS 2 or later. Refer to the official information for details about the HarmonyOS 2 update times for different models. For supported models, visit the Huawei official website. Please wait for version updates.
