1. You are using a HUAWEI phone
If you are using a HUAWEI phone, perform the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. If not, try another printing method.
2. Your phone supports NFC and has NFC enabled

3. Your phone is running HarmonyOS 2.0 or later
To check whether your phone is running HarmonyOS 2.0 or later, go to on your phone. If the version is earlier than HarmonyOS 2.0, update your phone by going to .
4. HUAWEI AI Life is running 13.0.1.315 or later
To check whether the HUAWEI AI Life app version is 13.0.1.315 or later, open the app, go to . If the version is earlier than 13.0.1.315, update the app version.
5. Your phone has been connected to the printer via HUAWEI AI Life and is connected to the Internet
If not, refer to the following knowledge:
HUAWEI laser printer: Configure the network for a HUAWEI laser printer using a mobile phone, tablet, or computer and Connect other phones, tablets, or computers to a HUAWEI laser printer that has been connected to the Internet
6. You are using a phone app that supports Huawei Share for printing
Check whether the phone app supports Huawei Share for printing. If not, a printing wizard will be displayed in the HUAWEI AI Life app.

7. Clear data of Optimizer or Huawei Print
Clearing data will clear the settings of Optimizer. You will then need to reconfigure the settings. Exercise caution when performing this operation.
To clear data of Optimizer on your phone, go to .
To clear data of Huawei Print, go to on your phone, enter Huawei Print in the search box at the top, touch the four-dot icon in the upper right corner then Show system processes, and go to Huawei Print > Storage > CLEAR DATA.
