- After the watch is connected to the phone, the Bluetooth broadcast will be disabled to prolong the standby time of the watch. As a result, the earbuds fail to reconnect to the watch.
- If your earbuds are accidentally disconnected from the watch, ensure that both the watch and earbuds are ready to connect (the watch is powered on and the earbuds charging case is opened), go to Settings > Bluetooth > Paired device, and touch the name of your earbuds to connect to them.
The earbuds will be disconnected from the watch in the following scenarios: The earbuds are out of the range for Bluetooth connection; the charging case is closed after the earbuds are placed in the case; the earbuds are still connected to the watch.
