• Q1: What is HUAWEI Service: Stay with You?
  A: The HUAWEI Service: Stay with You will start from 31st March, 2025- 30th April, 2025. In this campaign, we will carry out 5 main offers.
  1.Labor Free
  For the users who visit HUAWEI Service Centers or opt for free postal service, HUAWEI Service: Stay with You will waive the labor charge of out-of-warranty repair service during the campaign period. The customers are still required to pay the cost of parts replacement according to the repair quotation. Each device can participate in the Labor Free activity only once within the activity period.
  2. Spare Parts Discount
  Customers can enjoy up to a 15% discount on spare parts for repairs caused by accidental drops or collisions.
  3. Free Cleaning
  Free cleaning services for HUAWEI devices in HUAWEI authorized service center.
  4. Free Screen Protector
  During the campaign period, mobile phone and wearable end users who make an appointment or go directly to the HUAWEI Service Centers can enjoy free screen protector.
  5. Rest & Charging at all stores
  During business hours, customers may rest from rain, and access free charging, Wi-Fi, and warm water. Free diagnostics for HUAWEI smartphones and tablets.
• Q2: How long will the event last?
  A: HUAWEI Service: Stay with You will run from 31st March 2025 to 30th April 2025(both dates inclusive).
• Q3: Where can I participate in the event?
  A: HUAWEI Service: Stay with You is available at selected HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers in Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. For details of service coverage and conditions, please refer to the local HUAWEI official service website or contact the local HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers.
• Q4: What channels can users participate in the event?
  A: Users can participate in the activity in four ways: reservation, visit HUAWEI Service Center, postal repair, and send-for-repair.
• Q5: Is it possible to repair the equipment or parts of HUAWEI products?
  A: To prevent the customer from arriving at the store without spare parts inventory for repair, the hotline agent should contact HUAWEI Authorized Service Center in advance to check whether the corresponding spare parts are available.
  • If the customer has called the store or found that the spare parts are not in stock：
  The hotline agent can help the customer query the spare parts inventory in the nearby store. If there is a spare part inventory, the hotline agent can guide the customer to go to the nearby store for repair.
  • If the online agent contacts the store and confirms that there is no inventory but can order materials to meet the requirements:
  Online agents need to confirm the expected material arrival time with the store, communicate the information provided by the store to consumers, and guide consumers to repair the materials in the store.
  • If the online agent contacts the store and confirms that there is no inventory and the supply cannot be provided:
  Mr./Ms., it is found that your nearest store and other Huawei official channels do not have the required maintenance materials in stock. Therefore, we cannot continue to provide you with maintenance after-sales services. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
• Q6: Can I enjoy Free Labor when participating Battery Replacement offer?
  A: The battery replacement offers a very preferential price. We will not participate in the labor fee reduction activity during this event.
