  • 1. Are all spare parts in the discounted list of this activity?
    Answer: Thank you for your attention. Only specified spare parts are discounted in this activity. You can check the list of spare parts on the activity page or on the “Spare Part Price” function page.
  • 2. Is there a limit on the number of participation to the activity “Up to 20% off on Spare Parts”?
    Answer: During the whole campaign, there is no limit on participation time for this activity.
  • 3. Where can I participate in the event?
    Answer: You can participate and repair your device at the HUAWEI service centers. The available service centers are listed in T&C.
  • 4. How long is the warranty period after the repair?
    Answer: After the replacement, the main device’s original warranty will be continued (It will count 30 days if less than 30 days). The warranty for replaced part will extend 90 days or follow main device’s warranty (depends on which is longer).
  • 5. Are all back covers of all models can be gifted in this activity?
    Answer: Only back covers of specified models can be gifted. For more details, you can check on the activity page or consult the staff in HUAWEI service centers.
  • 6. Can I replace the back cover with another color?
    Answer: You can replace the back cover of another color only if the back cover of the same model is in the gifted list and with sufficient inventory.
  • 7. Can I enjoy free back cover replacement without repairing the screen?
    Answer: Sorry, only if the screen is repaired out of warranty and the back cover that you want to replace is included in the gifted list, then you will have the opportunity to replace the back cover for free. Repairing back cover only is not eligible for free replacement.
  • 8. Is there a limit of participation for Customized film Protector activity?
    Answer: There is no limit on the participation for this activity.
  • 9. Which device can participate in the activity?
    Answer: It’s suggested to confirm the eligible model list with the staff from service centers.
  • 10. What are the features of back cover protector?
    Answer: The features of back cover protector is scratch-resistant, anti-slip, easy apply and remove without leaving any marks.
  • 11. What are the features of screen gel protector?
    Answer: The features of screen gel protector is anti-scratches, anti-glare, anti-greasy dirt, high sensibility.
  • 12. Which models are available for back cover protector and screen gel protector?
    Answer: The back cover protector and screen gel protector are available for any smartphone models, our Service Centers will cut the protective film by using film cutting machine, and the film can fit perfectly on your smartphone.
    * Note: Phone screen larger than 7 inches are not available, for example: HUAWEI Mate Xs, HUAWEI Mate 20 X 5G, HUAWEI Y Max ,etc.
  • 13. Does the protectors comes with warranty?
    Answer: No, the back cover protector and screen gel protector are not covered by warranty.
  • 14. What are the criteria for participation in the "Glass Screen Repair" activity?
    Answer: The device is an official mobile phone product that has not been dismantled, deformed or brought for a private repair. The device has a broken glass screen but functional display, etc. The final test result at the service center shall prevail.
  • 15. How long does it take to replace the external screen on site?
    Answer: The process of replacing the glass cover of the screen is complicated, and it is expected to take several hours depending on the actual situation at the service center.
  • 16. Can the external screen repair be 100% repaired? What if the repair fails?
    Answer: After the outer screen is impacted by an external force, the internal screen will also be affected by stress and there will be varying degrees of damage. Therefore, 100% repair cannot be guaranteed. If the repair is not successful, or the internal screen is damaged during the repair process, customer can choose new screen replacement with normal price or cancel the external screen repair progress no charge fee include .
  • 17. Why aren't all models participating in the "glass screen repair" activity?
    Answer: Due to restrictions on the supply of maintenance materials, the replacement of the outer screen glass can only cover some models at present, and more models will be gradually covered in the future.

1. The HUAWEI Service Carnival Campaign will be started from 1st April 2024 - 30th June 2024. In this campaign, we will carry out 5 main offers at the participating HUAWEI Authorized Service Center(s) (“ASC”) listed below:

2. Under this promotion, customers are entitled to replace the spare parts of selected HUAWEI device models at listed HUAWEI Authorized Service Centers during the Campaign Period. Spare parts prices are listed on the campaign page. The stock of spare parts is subjected to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis.

8. Each customer is given only 1 chance to replace the back cover for free.

14.This Campaign is applicable to all Collection points and Postal repair services under the Authorized Service Center’s respective operating hours during the Campaign.

15. During the Campaign Period, Customer will be able to enjoy the Price for out-of-warranty repair of the Selected Phone Models for Selected Spare Parts at Authorized Service Centers as set out above.

16. The aforementioned Price for out-of-warranty repair is inclusive of the cost of Selected Spare Parts (as set out above) and labor fee.

17. This promotion is only to replace the Front Glass of selected models, the price is inclusive of labor and material used. Official glass screen replacement with quality assurance is guaranteed for 30 days at participating Service Centers.

18. Costs for spare parts outside the Selected Spare Parts will still be chargeable. This Campaign is applicable for Selected Phone Models which are purchased in Cambodia only. The Selected Spare Parts replaced are entitled for 90 days of warranty starting from the date of repair finish of the repaired device. For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty applies only to the Selected Spare Parts replaced and does not cover damage resulting from mishandling of the repaired device or human induced damage.

19. The stocks of Selected Spare Parts of each Authorized Service Centers are subject to availability and will be supplied on a first come, first served basis.

20. The promotion under this Campaign cannot be enjoyed together with any other promotions of HUAWEI.

21. Customer shall back up data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from his/her device before sending in the device to Authorized Service Centers for diagnosis or repair. To the fullest extent permitted by laws, HUAWEI shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media in the device.

22. By participating in this Campaign, Customers are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

23. HUAWEI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Campaign at any time. If Customers are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, HUAWEI reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of the Customer without notice. 24. Customer shall back up his/her data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from his/her device before sending in his/her device to ASC for diagnosis or repair. HUAWEI is not responsible for the damage or loss of any programs, data, or removable storage media in the device.

25. By participating in this Campaign, customers are deemed to have reviewed, read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

26. Devices purchased from unauthorized channels are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

27. HUAWEI reserves the rights to add, modify and/or cancel the Terms and Conditions herein at any time without further notice.

28. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia.
