Call audio is played in speaker mode when there is an incoming call, and the FreeBuds earphones are connected to two devices simultaneously:
It is recommended that you manually pause the app on the first device before answering an incoming call from the second device.
Currently, some apps, like HUAWEI Video and bilibili, will automatically pause when there is an incoming call.
Set audio output to a Bluetooth device in the navigation app:

- If your earphones are connected to a non-HUAWEI phone/tablet, taking the earphones off and then putting them back on during virtual voice calls (WeChat calls, Tencent meetings, or WhatsApp calls) may cause the audio to fail to switch back to the earphones. In this case, place the earphones in the charging case, close the case for 5 seconds, and then put them on again.
- Check whether a message displays indicating that WeChat is using the Bluetooth call channel. If so, touch the drop-down arrow and touch Stop, or disable and then re-enable Bluetooth on your phone.
