Cannot access the Internet while roaming |
If you do not have access to the Internet while roaming, it may be that the data roaming function is disabled or your data package does not support roaming data services.
Also, if you ran out of credit or you are in arrears you cannot use data services while roaming.

To solve this, first check if the data roaming function is enabled.
Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel, tap and hold the Mobile data icon to access the mobile data settings screen and make sure that the Data roaming switch is turned on.
If the issue persists, please contact your carrier and check whether your data package supports roaming data services or whether you have enough credit or you are in arrears.
