- Update HUAWEI FamCare to the latest version.
- Check if your phone's internal storage space for updates is insufficient. If so, free up some space on your phone and restart your phone or the HUAWEI FamCare app to try again.
- If you are using a HUAWEI or third-party Android phone, install or update HMS Core from HUAWEI AppGallery and try again.
- If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the HUAWEI FamCare app.
Uninstalling the HUAWEI FamCare app will result in chat data loss. Exercise caution when performing this operation.
