If your band/watch displays a black screen, perform the following steps:
Check whether the battery level of your band/watch is sufficient
If the screen is always off, it may be because your band/watch has run out of battery or the battery level is too low. Connect your band/watch to the charging cradle to charge it and power it on.
If the issue persists, please refer to After the device powers off due to a low battery level and is then placed on the charging cradle, it cannot automatically power on.
Check whether your band/watch system runs properly
If the black screen appears occasionally, press and hold the Power button on your band/watch to restart the device. After it has restarted, check whether the issue is resolved.
Check whether your band/watch is running the latest version
Open the Huawei Health app, go to Devices, enter the details screen of your watch/band, and touch Firmware updates to check whether it's running the latest version. If not, update your band/watch to the latest version and try again.
If the issue persists, back up your data, and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
