This is an extremely rare issue. If this issue arises, remove the unresponsive earphone from the case and leave it out for at least 24 hours, place it back in the case, and close the case. Wait for 10 minutes, and then pair the earphones with the phone again.
- The FreeBuds 5i, FreeBuds 4E, FreeBuds 4, and FreeBuds 4i must be left out of the charging case for at least 48 hours.
- When the unresponsive earphone is left out of the case, the other earphone can work properly.
If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
