Problem
The watch makes strange noises such as sizzling noises during wireless charging.
Cause
When your watch is being charged using a wireless charger which is in communication state based on the wireless charging protocol, the working frequency of the charger decreases to approx. 2 kHz, which can be heard by some people with sensitive hearing (the human ear perceives frequencies between 20 Hz and 20 kHz).
Solution
Huawei chargers have obtained safety certification and passed strict safety tests and the issue will not affect your normal use of the charger, so please do not be concerned.
If the issue has affected your normal use, take your watch, charger, and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
